Why are you called Air Mobiles and what does it mean?
Air Mobiles might not be in your dictionary, but if it were we think it would say: 'the coolest mobile community site ever'.
Are the products in the Air Mobiles really free?
Yes, they are totally free. Air Mobiles don't charge you anything for these products. Air Mobiles is not hooked up to any mobile networks or mobile operators and are actually not able to charge you. Most products in the Air Mobiles are submitted and shared by the other user, that's what a community is all about and that is why Air Mobiles is so popular. If you download through mobile internet/WAP, you should know that most mobile network operators charge for data/GPRS/WAP use. Please check with your mobile network operator for further information on this.
Is Air Mobiles a subscription and do you send me SMS'es?
No. We do not have any subscriptions and we do never send out SMS messages to any members. We not even have your phone number, so any messages you have received are not from us. Please read the terms of service and the privacy policy for full information.

What does auto-login mean?
If you choose to use the auto-login feature, you will be automatically logged in each time you visit Air Mobiles. This requires that your browser supports and have enabled cookies. Notice: If you use a computer where several people shares the same user account, be careful with this option.
I have forgotten my username/password, what do I do now?
You can use this form to get your login credentials re-sent to your e-mail account. Fill in your e-mail address, and your username and password will be sent to you.
I have successfully registered but did not receive my registration mail!
Spam filters and other e-mail features CAN stop e-mails like this and you should check your spam folder and if you (or your ISP) are using spam filters etc. If you still have problems, please contact us. Make sure you tell us your username and the e-mail address you used when you registered at Air Mobiles.
I manage to sign in, but when I start surfing the site I get signed out again.
Air Mobiles needs cookies to remember your login from one page to the next. If this happens, something is possibly wrong with your cookies settings in your browser, or you are using a firewall/security software like Norton Internet Security. First try to disable any such software, if that does not work, go over your cookie settings. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can find them under options / internet options. Set both Privacy and Content to medium, and try signing on again.
My phone is not listed, can I still use Air Mobiles?
Yes! Even if we do not have your phone listed most of the content will probably be compatible with your phone, at least if it has got a color display and supports WAP which most phones do. Just choose a phone with similar specifications and you will most likely be fine.
How can I change my password / e-mail address?
You can easily change your password and e-mail address from within 'Mobilers Profile' - Update Your Profile.
How can I get more people to visit my profile?
There are several ways to get people to visit your profile;
1. You can share your profile link with your friends and get them to sign up at Air Mobiles as well.
2. You can visit other people's profiles, they will then see that you have visited them and then they will usually come and check you out as well.
3. If you post in the forums, people will usually check out your profile as well.
4. Upload new items to the gallery. Uploading new wallpaper is very easy and will get your profile exposed to all the people browsing the gallery.
5. If you update your profile you will get on the updated profiles list on the front page/upper right corner and on the updated profiles page itself.

How do I download the items to my pc?
You can download all items in the galleries directly to your PC if choose to do so. This is convenient if you wan to upload them to your mobile using a cable, IR, Bluetooth or a memory card. You can download an item to your PC in two ways: Choose 'Download' on the item preview page
Is there a limit on the number of items I can download to my PC?
Currently, Air Mobiles provide the user to have unlimited download to all the item in gallert
I can listen to/view but not save products on mobile browser, how do I save?
How the wallpapers/ringtones actually are downloaded to your phone depends on each brand and model so there is no single correct answer to this. You should check your manual, ask your operator, or maybe post a message in our forums to get help. We are sorry, but it's impossible for us to know all details about all the phones on the market.
The ringtones in the public gallery won't work on my phone?
The ringtones provided in the public gallery might no be compatible with all phone models, depending on the phone's age and feature set. Remember, MP3 ringtones will only on newer phones. Air Mobiles content issues Are the mobile contents really free?
Yes, the content was free. Air Mobiles will never charge you for the contents since it was contributed by the user of the mobile community. I have uploaded mobile contents but it was removed from Air Mobiles . Why? Air Mobiles will continuously monitor contents uploaded by the user and in any case there’s any report of abuse or copyright infringement of the materials, Air Mobiles will take necessary action to remove the contents from site.
Please Note: Air Mobiles will have no tolerance on contents/materials that violated the copyright infringement and in such consequences, the contents will be removed from the site and user account will be deactivated
